About the video
The 4th edition of the Regio Stars Awards was marked by a major graphic display complete with reworked credits and visual inserts. From a journalistic perspective, we were able to hone our stories by meeting with the final beneficiaries of winning projects. This approach enabled us to get closer to ordinary people and their daily concerns.
Digital boom
Auvergne is the first region in France to offer high-speed internet to its entire population, thanks to support from the European Regional Development Fund. A true revolution has taken place in this remote region, with a large number of young people now developing businesses there. This project was honoured at the 2010 Regio Stars Awards in the ‘Broadband coverage in less developed regions or rural areas’ category.
