About the video
The 4th edition of the Regio Stars Awards was marked by a major graphic display complete with reworked credits and visual inserts. From a journalistic perspective, we were able to hone our stories by meeting with the final beneficiaries of winning projects. This approach enabled us to get closer to ordinary people and their daily concerns.
Web surfing for all
“Window to the Future” is an alliance of businesses involved in the establishment of public internet access and training for members of the public in the internet and e-services. Today, over 50% of people have internet access in Lithuania, compared to 15% in 2005. This project was honoured at the 2010 Regio Stars Awards in the ‘ICT applications for e-inclusion’ category.

Our expertise
- Production management: determining resource requirements, coordinating with transport carriers and hotels, pinpointing locations to be used, determining who to interview locally and controlling all aspects of the production process.
- Journalism and script writing: conducting research through interviews and developing an understanding of the themes and topics. Identifying specific objectives for each video, selecting appropriate formats.
- Graphics and video design: broadcast-quality graphics, captions, animation and multilayered titles.
- Shooting: a crew (comprising a journalist, a cameraman and a sound engineer) was sent to Lithuania to produce a high added value on-site report (shot in Lithuanian, with the help of an interpreter).
- Translation from Lithuanian into English, French and German.
- Editing and subtitling
- Musical composition and voice recording
