Making the video

The VLOC project in Ostend, on the Belgian coast, is a project funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The Fund enabled the construction of a training centre for the aeronautical industry, providing education to students, engineers, pilots and jobseekers. The project is an investment in professional training and employment for the region: 200 people are trained there every year.
