Making the video
With the aim of raising awareness among Europeans on development and cooperation issues, this informative video includes 10 thematic reports covering different aspects of EuropeAid's activities throughout the world. The video has been translated into 13 languages and presents reports on trade, the environment, water, health, food, security, human rights, education, infrastructure and conflict prevention. For each topic, a concrete example serves to give an overview of the results of European action in developing countries. The objective is to raise students' interest and to encourage them to engage in debate and be more informed on development and cooperation. The tool was first used in the 9th of May initiative.
